Christina Milian is suing a former producer, expression that he lied roughly using a sample in one of her old singles.
It is claimed in the suit that Poli Paul, wHO made her 2003 hit 'Dip It Low', told the vocalizer that the song contained no samples.
However, Milian has since been involved in a legal battle with songwriters Thomas Turino, Larry Crook and Dan Dickey, world Health Organization say a section of 'Dip It Low' was allegedly taken from their 1983 track 'La Sirena'.
The papers filed by Christina ask Paul to pay her legal fees and damages for defending herself in the case defined above - which amounts to around $300,000 (�150,000).
